Nathalie is a part of the Attorney Liaison team at AP Healthcare. Her role is to act as the liaison between our Attorneys, clients, and the Client Care Coordinator team to oversee medical treatment and provide prompt support to our medical providers.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing an MBA in IT Management.
Nathalie’s previous experience includes time at OPTUM Care and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield where she gained valuable experience in clinical management, provider relations, referral processing, benefits, and insurance claims.
She also took on several leadership roles within the organization, demonstrating her ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Nathalie was born and raised in Las Vegas. Her interests include traveling, project management, teaching children, and self-development.
In her free time, she enjoys self-care, meditation, yoga, and anime which helps her to be relaxed, recharged, and maintain a calm and positive spirit.
Overall, Nathalie is a tedious, cultured, and kind-hearted individual who is dedicated to achieving her goals while making a positive impact on the world around her.
Gwen Luu is the Director of Operations at AP Healthcare; she brings her expertise and compassion to the company. Gwen has been working in the legal industry for three years, specializing in personal injury as a paralegal. She graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Before pursuing a career in law, Gwen worked as a nail technician for ten years. Her skills in nail care and customer service helped her build a loyal clientele and develop a reputation as a talented and dedicated professional.
In her free time, Gwen enjoys exploring the world through travel and documenting her adventures through content creation. She is also passionate about fashion and uses her talent for styling to help her clients feel confident and empowered. Gwen is involved in several community development organizations where she uses her platform to advocate and mentor others. With her diverse background, Gwen brings her passion, dedication, and creativity to everything she does.
Johanna is a Client Care Coordinator at AP Healthcare. She gained one year of personal injury experience by starting as a legal assistant with no prior knowledge and quickly acquiring a fast-paced understanding of the field. With a degree in political science from Kennesaw State University, she is particularly interested in immigration law with aspirations of attending law school. Johanna has a love for cats and a weakness for Red Bulls. As a first-generation Mexican American, she has a deep-seated interest in advocating for the rights of marginalized communities.
In addition to professional pursuits, she is an avid reader, and takes a keen interest in politics and meeting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. With her multifaceted interests and dedication to her work, she is a valuable member of her community.
Yury is a seasoned marketing professional with a background in banking. As the founder and chief marketing officer of AP Healthcare, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a talent for developing effective marketing strategies. Yury graduated from Kennesaw State University and has built an impressive career, leveraging his expertise to help organizations achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Yury enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and son. He has a passion for travel and exploring new places, and he loves dogs. With his diverse interests and wealth of experience, Yury is a dynamic and accomplished professional who is committed to excellence in everything he does.
Courtney Faro is a Client Care Concierge who assists and manages client treatment by providing outstanding client care and support throughout her clients’ treatments.
Prior to joining AP Healthcare full-time, Courtney gained medical experience as a medical transcriptionist, both in person and virtually, working with multiple physicians in various fields including; dermatology, oncology, primary care, urology, thoracic surgery, and pain management. She is capable and well-versed in handling methods and procedures to coordinate client relations in a professional, caring, and efficient manner.
Academically, Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, with the highest honor a student can earn, as an Honors Research Scholar. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Gordon State College.
As a born and raised Georgian, Courtney enjoys trying locally owned restaurants, meeting new people, and experiencing the natural wonders of Georgia. In her free time, Courtney is an avid moviegoer, health enthusiast, and a loving cat mom.
Ed Smith serves as AP Healthcare’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this assignment he served in the dual roles of CFO and Chief Commercial Officer for three (3) firms, including a global technology SaaS and managed services business which was purchased in the Fall of 2022 by CBRE. His experiences include being the founder, Chief Executive Officer and strategist for four (4) firms, and the General Manager for a global technology outsourcing and consulting firm that he grew to reach a quarter $ Billion in annually recurring revenues.
Ed led successful exits for 4 businesses and the successful turnaround of 4 others, including a national energy services company, an electric and water utility, an international engineering services business, and a national telecommunications services operation. He has over 30 years of experience in commercializing and leading global SaaS, PaaS and Managed Service enterprises within the energy, real estate, information technology, and telecommunications industries.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy, his Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and his Master of Business Administration in Emory University’s Executive MBA program.
He is the co-author of 5 energy process technology patents.
Michael “Mike” Glantz is the Director of Business Development at AP Healthcare. He has a vast experience in working for Medical Providers with a focused understanding in Personal Injury cases. His knowledge and leadership will prove beneficial in APH’s growth throughout Georgia and nationwide.
Mike graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Communication while playing short stop for the Nittany Lions baseball team. He played 1 year professionally before injuries ended his baseball career. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, golfing, and staying active.
As a senior medical accounts receivable specialist with AP Healthcare, Keith Murph, started his career in medicine in 1999 by working for Quest Diagnostics. This was the finest method for him to learn everything there is to know about medical AR (full revenue cycle). Keith has been able to work in most medical facilities. Keith had worked in the ER was one of his favorite experiences. Keith was able to properly comprehend his purpose thanks to his exposure to the profession.
Prior to becoming part of the corporate workforce work, Keith was a professional dancer, actor, and singer. Keith danced for Disney World, Busch Gardens, and danced in New York City for five years. Keith attended the University of Tampa as a Theatre and Dance major but decided to leave to work as a backup dancer for a popular pop artist in the 90s.
Reading, watching anime and classic Hollywood films, engaging in the arts, socializing with loved ones, and having brunch on Sundays are some of Keith’s interests.
Larren Taylor is an Accounts Receivable Specialist with AP Healthcare. He adds nine years of negotiations and collections experience to the position bringing an acute eye for detail working with the financials on the revenue team. He is originally from Brooklyn N.Y. later moving to Richmond V.A. where he played college and semi-pro football, finally settling in Georgia and becoming a dedicated husband and father to three daughters. When away from AP Healthcare Larren can typically be found working with his hands either building computers, working on his car, working out, gaming, or completing tasks on his wife’s honey-do list.
Daniel Brito is from Atlanta, GA. He graduated with his bachelor’s in business administration with a minor in marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College. He has worked in retail banking for 8 years. He now forms part of the revenue team at AP Healthcare. With his previous banking experience, he has helped the company research and reconcile all their financial information to get them ready for future growth opportunities.
When he isn’t up to his neck in spreadsheets of information, you’ll find him wrenching away on a car restoration or running miles at your local trail preparing for marathons.
For AP Healthcare, Tanya Benjamin oversees the revenue cycle department. As a medical clerk, she began her career in medicine at Crawford Long Hospital. Her medical career has expanded thanks to this experience.
She graduated from George State University with a degree in education and later went back to school to become a registered nurse in 2000.
She is a mother to five wonderful kids who are the loves of her life. She participates actively in her church and community. She believes in showing others who are less fortunate that everything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Victoria is an Intake manager and Bills & Records Team lead with AP Healthcare. Joining the company in 2021 as an Intake specialist, she has progressed steadily with the company. Her responsibilities include various intake and records operations for the clients. In addition, Victoria has taken the initiative to develop several detailed operations manuals for the aspects of collecting bills and records and the client intake process. These manuals are utilized for both new employee orientation and training, and as a reference document for the Quality Assurance Department. She also played a key role in reviewing and organizing client data files in different systems.
Victoria is currently a student of Saint-Petersburg State University in Russia, pursuing a degree in Tourism Management with a Chinese specialty, and she will receive her degree in July 2023. On a personal basis, she enjoys traveling, reading the works of classic and contemporary authors, and playing drums & guitar. Victoria is a valued member of AP Healthcare and is hoping to plan a long-term career with AP Healthcare.
Ilona Rumyantseva is a highly accomplished medical doctor with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) management. Graduating from St Petersburg Medical University in Russia, Ilona brings a wealth of medical knowledge and expertise to her role as a QA/QI Manager.
With a successful career as a chief physician at medical centers, Ilona has gained extensive experience in managing healthcare operations and driving quality improvement initiatives.
She has a deep understanding of clinical workflows and processes, as well as a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.
In addition to her experience as a chief physician, Ilona has also worked as a QA/QI Manager in the Home Health industry, where she has successfully implemented quality improvement measures to enhance patient satisfaction, improve regulatory compliance, and streamline operational processes. She has also gained valuable experience in managing QA/QI efforts related to personal injury cases, leveraging their medical expertise to ensure the highest level of quality in documentation.
Furthermore, Ilona is an excellent communicator and collaborator, working seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive positive change.
Outside of work, Ilona has a passion for travel, spending quality time with family, and collecting art. She believes in the value of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail, which she brings to her approach to QA/QI management. With her compassionate nature and extensive knowledge, Ilona is a valued member of both the medical community and her personal circle of friends and family.
Jonathan Mack is from Atlanta, GA. He graduated with his bachelor’s in criminal justice from Georgia Southern University. He is part of the attorney liaison team at AP Healthcare. Jonathan has extensive experience in all areas related to personal injury. In his spare time, he likes working with cars and outdoor activities.
Andrei Tsygankov is an Atlanta-based attorney and entrepreneur, currently leading an amazing (and growing) team at AP Healthcare as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the company full-time, Andrei served as an outside director on AP Healthcare’s board.
Before he transitioned into his role at AP Healthcare, Andrei co-founded, managed, and helped grow a boutique, Atlanta-based law firm – Founders Legal | Bekiares Eliezer LLP – that specializes in corporate transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, and entertainment.
Andrei’s primary specialization as an attorney is Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising, Software Licensing, and Intellectual Property Licensing.
Andrei has over 10 years of experience serving as a C-level executive for companies in the legal, enterprise software, and international distribution/logistics industries.
Andrei holds a degree in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a Juris Doctor degree from the Georgia State University College of Law.
